COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Heart of Texas Council of Governments coordinates the services of a census information data center for the Heart of Texas Region. In addition, HOTCOG develops workshops and coordinates training activities for local government officials, as well as planning and technical assistance to local governments seeking state and federal grant funding. HOTCOG serves as staff support to appointed advisory committees to coordinate the above program activities.
