The Regional Services Division includes two broad program areas. The emergency services area is made up of programs to preserve the safety of citizens and property, including 9-1-1, Homeland Security, Citizens Corps, and Criminal Justice. The development services area is made up of programs for the development of healthy communities, including Air Quality, Solid Waste, Community Development, and Economic Development.

Regional Services consists of ten full time employees administering seventeen grant contracts and associated deliverables in seven main program areas. In addition to the Director, Coordinators provide leadership in the 9-1-1 and Emergency Preparedness programs. The division is directed by Megan S. Henderson, Director of Regional Services.
