Rural Business Enterprise Grant Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Helping Texas Businesses!

The Heart of Texas Economic Development District (HOTEDD) is helping Texas businesses by providing financial assistance with the Rural Business Enterprise Grant Revolving Loan Fund (HOTRLF). HOTEDD was awarded funds from USDA-Rural Development to provide loans to rural small businesses in the region. This Rural Business Enterprise Grant Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is there to support local businesses to grow, create jobs, and help the regional economy!

The HOTRLF Program is designed to assist qualified small businesses and business start-ups in the Heart of Texas area, including Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan Counties.
